Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
In brief
- These terms cover the use of the site. Partnerships always have their own written contract.
- Applying is free and doesn’t commit you or us to anything.
- The site’s text, images, videos and logo are ours: please ask before reusing them.
- Italian law applies.
1. Who we are
The site is run by [Ragione sociale], registered at [Indirizzo della sede legale], Milano, VAT number [Partita IVA] (“lilpost”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. Using the site
You’re free to use the site to get to know us, apply or ask us about a project. Please don’t:
- send false information, or other people’s data without their permission;
- use the site for unlawful activities, spam or to spread harmful software;
- try to access parts of the site that aren’t public, or overload it with automated systems.
3. Creator applications
Applying is free. Sending an application doesn’t create any obligation: neither for you to work with us, nor for us to offer you partnerships. We choose profiles based on current projects and the brands we work with.
Every partnership is governed by a written contract, which sets out the work, the fee, payment terms and the rights to the content. If anything differs, the contract prevails.
4. Brand requests
Proposals, estimates and quotes sent before a contract is signed are indicative and not binding. A project starts when the contract is signed, and the contract sets its terms, costs and timing.
5. Intellectual property
The text, images, videos, graphics and the lilpost brand are our property or used under licence. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. You’re welcome to share links to the site’s pages.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to refer to the platforms we work on.
6. Information on the site
We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Figures and results describe our past work and don’t guarantee future results.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites, such as social networks. We don’t control these sites and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
8. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical errors or the use of the information on the site. This doesn’t limit our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law provides otherwise.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change; the published version is the one that applies.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you’re a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction; in all other cases the courts of Milano have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Contact
For any question, write to privacy@lilpost.it.
13. Language
These terms are a translation of the Italian terms. If the two differ, the Italian version prevails.
