Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

In brief

  • We only use your data to reply to applications and requests, and to run our partnerships.
  • We don’t sell your data. Ever.
  • The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: write to privacy@lilpost.it.

1. Who handles your data

The data controller is [Ragione sociale], registered at [Indirizzo della sede legale], Milano, VAT number [Partita IVA] (“lilpost”, “we”). For any question about your data, write to privacy@lilpost.it.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us, when you fill in a form or write to us:

  • if you’re a creator: name, email, social profile, the platforms you create on, your niche and whatever you choose to tell us;
  • if you’re a brand: name, email, company, role and the information about the project you send us;
  • if we work together: the data needed for the contract and for payments, such as tax code, VAT number and IBAN.

Technical data, collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. We need it to run the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to applications and requests and assess a possible partnership: this is necessary for steps you ask us to take before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To run partnerships, including contracts, content and payments: this is necessary to perform the contract (art. 6.1.b) and to meet tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).
  • To keep the site secure and working: protecting the site and the people who use it is our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

If we ever want to use your data for anything else, such as a newsletter, we’ll ask you first.

4. How long we keep it

  • applications and requests that don’t become a partnership: up to 12 months, then we delete them;
  • partnership data: for as long as we work together, and tax documents for the 10 years required by law;
  • technical browsing data: only as long as strictly necessary, usually no more than 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or hand over your data. Only these can access it:

  • the providers that help us run the site and the agency (hosting, email, document management), appointed as data processors and bound by contract;
  • tax and legal advisers, when needed;
  • if you’re a creator, the brands we put you forward to for a partnership, only with your consent and only for that proposal;
  • the authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Data outside the European Union

Some providers, such as Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may also process data in the United States. When they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it, or restrict how it’s used;
  • give it to you in a readable format so you can take it elsewhere;
  • stop processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • withdraw a consent you gave us, without affecting what was done before.

Write to privacy@lilpost.it: we reply within one month. If you think your data isn’t being handled properly, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Cookies

The site uses no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies may be used, which the site needs to work and stay secure (for example, the ones Cloudflare uses to recognise automated traffic). These cookies don’t need your consent.

If we add analytics tools or other cookies in the future, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.

9. Minors

If you’re under 18, you can apply as a creator only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who will also sign any contract.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change; if the changes are important, we’ll say so clearly on the site.

11. Language

This is a translation of the Italian privacy policy. If the two differ, the Italian version prevails.

Influencer marketing for brands, custom apps for creators. Milan and remote.
